About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Signature, our French Fine Dining, the Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable and luxurious dining experience.

As Server, you will be responsible for the following duties:

* Greet guests warmly and seat them in a timely and courteous manner.
* Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations to guests.
* Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
* Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and elegantly, adhering to service standards.
* Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

As Server, we expect from you: 

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong command of English and Japanese (verbal and written).
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
* Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to lift and carry trays and stand for extended periods.
