Overview
Lead critical aspects of the monthly close process for a significant business division. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX requirements, and internal controls. Manage and develop a team that includes direct reports and shared services resources. Drive accountability, process discipline, and continuous improvement across the accounting function. Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, public company accounting experience, and Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
