As a Manager, Data Management at ICON, you will oversee the data management processes for clinical trials, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of clinical data.

What You Will Do:

You will manage day-to-day clinical data management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning and execution of data management activities across multiple clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data management protocols, standards, and best practices.
• Overseeing the collection, processing, and validation of clinical trial data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Managing the data management team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance data management efficiency.

Your Profile:

You will have solid clinical data management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in data management within a clinical research environment, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, data standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficient in data management software and tools, with strong analytical skills to assess and improve data quality.
