Overview

The Global Manager, Time and Attendance is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely management of employee timekeeping, labor tracking, end-to-end T&A processes, and workforce reporting across multiple countries within the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. This leadership role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to ensure labor hours are properly recorded, coded, audited, and reported in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee country time administration operations across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
  • Manage and support Time Administrators to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee labor hours.
  • Establish and maintain standardized timekeeping procedures and best practices across the regions.
  • Act as the functional owner of our Time & Attendance systems - Lead upgrades, integrations, and optimizations.
  • Ensure labor hours are accurately coded to appropriate jobs, phases, departments, and cost codes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, union agreements, prevailing wage requirements, and applicable labor regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll and labor discrepancies in partnership with field leadership and management teams.
  • Analyze labor distribution reporting, workforce utilization, and timekeeping trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain employee rosters, job assignments, security access, and system configurations within timekeeping platforms.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Operations to support accurate labor forecasting and reporting.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational scalability.
  • Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of leading multi-country timekeeping administration.
  • Deep expertise in timekeeping and workforce administration, timekeeping compliance, and timekeeping systems.
  • Strong understanding of labor tracking, job costing, workforce reporting, and payroll processes.
  • Experience with timekeeping software such as ADP WFM, ADP e-Time, UKG, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced operational environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
