Overview
The front desk secretary will be the first face and comforting voice for our patients their family as part of the dedicated team working at Oncology Associates of East Hills the primary practice of the Oncology Institute, SFH Infusion Center and state of the art Radiation Oncology Center part of the nationally recognized Cancer Services Programs of St. Francis Hospital, The Heart Center® and Catholic Health Services.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:• Assist with Front Office Duties: Greeting Patients, check patients in and out, register patient demographics, answering phones, verifying insurances, preparing charts, assisting patients with various needs and various office projects and clerical duties.
Requirements:• HS Diploma/GED Required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Epic and Star• Medical Terminology knowledge• Excellent communication and problem solving skills• Experience working in a oncology practice setting highly preferred
Pay Range
USD $18.87 - USD $26.87 /Hr.Qualifications
