Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Efficient Systems in Beaumont is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What you will do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
- Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
Who you are:
- 2-5 Years HVAC Service experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
