Accounting Operations Intern

About the Role

At NN RAS, we are building a modern and future-ready Finance Shared Service environment supporting international business operations.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Accounting Operations Intern who is interested in finance processes, eager to learn, and willing to grow with us long-term in a dynamic SSC environment.

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international Operations while supporting accounting and operational finance activities in a collaborative global environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support month-end closing activities, especially during the first half of each month

·       Support daily Accounting Operations activities within a shared service environment

·       Assist AP / Payment / accounting-related operational processes

·       Help with reporting, reconciliations, and administrative finance tasks

·       Maintain accurate records and support process documentation

·       Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives

·       Work with ERP systems and internal finance tools

·       Support ad hoc accounting operational activities when needed

What We Are Looking For

·       Ongoing university or college studies in:

o   Finance

o   Accounting

o   Economics

o   Business Administration

o   or related field

OR

·       Previous internship/work experience in Finance, Accounting, SSC

·       Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken

·       Availability to work at least 20 hours/week

·       Higher availability during month-end closing periods is an advantage

·       Strong willingness to learn and develop in Accounting Operation

·       Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

·       Good team player with strong communication skills

·       Ability to work independently and manage priorities

·       ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) is an advantage

·       MS Excel knowledge is must have
