Responsibilities Include:

Review and price job bids with accuracy and attention to detail

Level proposals and prepare job schedules for execution

Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements

Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders
