Overview
As a Youth Care Worker, you'll provide direct support to children and youth in a residential program, primarily working weekends from 6AM-6PM. Responsibilities include personal care, life skills development, community integration, transportation to appointments, meal preparation, and documentation. You'll work with youth to achieve outcomes in their Plan of Care while maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role offers a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
