Overview
As a Barista at Costa Coffee, you'll serve great coffee and deliver energizing customer experiences while maintaining high standards and keeping the store clean and welcoming. The role requires resourcefulness, adaptability, and a positive can-do attitude with accountability for quality delivery. Must have a calm, composed approach with great communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for working with others.
