Overview
As a Registered Early Childhood Educator at Compass ELC Northglen Orchards, you'll engage with children, families, and community partners in a newly established childcare program. You'll plan and lead interest-based, play-based activities that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include maintaining active supervision, documenting children's learning progress, creating safe environments, assisting with daily care routines, and fostering strong family relationships. You'll collaborate with coworkers and participate in professional development opportunities. This role requires RECE certification and a passion for early learning and care.
