Job Title: Home Health Aide
Service Location: Dunmore, PA
Rate: $13-$16/hr
Immediate Need:
Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
Monday through Friday 8 hour a day shifts

Responsibilities:
- Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional/behavioral support
- Follows plan of care
- Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
Available HHA Shifts:
Morning, evening or overnight8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
PRN, Part-Time, or Full-time
