We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with customers.

• Account Support: Assist with account management and transaction processing.

• Product & Technical Support: Provide support related to customer transactions, feedback, and requests.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.

• Issue Resolution: Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in line with agreements and established processes.

Requirements:

• Experienced operational/support role requiring detailed knowledge of business processes.

• Performs semi-routine tasks through the application of established knowledge and procedures, with potential guidance to junior staff.

• Requires 1–3 years of relevant job-related experience and technical/vocational training.
