Working Hours:
8-hour shift scheduled anytime between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, based on business needs.
This role requires working 100% onsite during the first 6 months, and continuing onsite presence depends on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service in invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data.
Handle partner concerns and complex customer requirements, working strictly within guidelines and collaborating with sales, distribution, and finance teams to resolve issues.
Become proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems.
Adhere to company policies, operational regulations, and training guidelines.
Meet key performance indicators and engage in initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Contribute to projects and assignments that align with business expectations.
Maintain high data accuracy and quality, and participate in training development.
Use daily customer service reports to assess and direct activities.
Participate in cross-training and support activities during peak seasons.
