Supply Chain Coordinator

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for logistics, customer service, and supply chain operations? We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth flow of orders, shipments, and customer operations in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, building strong relationships with customers and logistics partners, and ensuring operational excellence from order placement through to delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Place orders, setup and maintain customer files in the accounting system.

• Follow up order status and update customer and sales teams.

• Manage all inbound & outbound shipments coming from Germany.

• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.

• Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items.

• Obtain accurate information from forwarding companies relating to shipment dates and expected dates of delivery.

• Provide regular reports and report progress during meetings.

• Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.

• Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts, keeping inventory files updated.

• Process day-to-day inbound/outbound shipment, making sure they follow and adhere to the strict company shipping procedures and rules.

• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.

• Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts, keep inventory files updated.

• Prepare delivery documents (DO, invoice, packing list) accurately and promptly

• Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 30kg.

Education and Experience

• Educational background (Diploma / Degree holder) in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse / Purchasing or equivalent is desirable.

• Proven experience working in an inside sales, logistics or similar role.

• Preferably has worked in a B2B environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good communication skills in English & Malay, both verbal and written.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of working with system inventory module is preferred.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, effectively multi-task, and collaborate within a fast-paced team environment.

• Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to build positive working relationships with others.
