Senior Manager Business Processes & Services (m/f/d)

This role focuses on implementing solutions like TULIP, bridging traditional production with Industry 4.0. The ideal candidate will be an analytical, solution-oriented expert, passionate about driving efficiency and change.” – Hendrik, Head of Business IT

Indulge your passion…

• by recording, critically analysing existing business processes (Production, Logistics, Administration)
• by building Low Code solutions and interfaces to Group systems such as SAP eWM, SAP ERP, and RHIZE (Manufacturing)
• by automating IT processes for increased efficiency and cost reduction
• by acting as a key interface between business departments and Business IT to implement seamless end-to-end solutions
• by leading initiatives for the implementation of new shopfloor solutions (e.g., Manufacturing Execution Systems) or digital tools
• in actively guiding employees through digital transformation, moderating workshops, and conducting comprehensive solution introduction sessions

You’ll have… 

• 5+ years’ experience in business process digitalization
• proficiency in No-Code /Low-Code applications development
• TULIP and PEGA builder experience is a plus, upskilling on-the job is possible
• experience in Operations & Supply Chain Management is a plus, especially the luxury industry
• fluency in German and English
• the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• a team player mindset with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
