The team provides innovative and secure technologies that help clients build intelligent operating models and achieve exceptional business outcomes. As an Agile Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, tracking, and governance of Agile projects, ensuring efficient delivery while promoting Agile practices and continuous improvement Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile methodologies and project governance. The role will involve managing Agile delivery teams, coordinating project activities, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution of technology and transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, project tracking, and team coordination skills, along with the ability to drive delivery excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline. 10 to 13 years of overall experience with strong Agile project management exposure. Proven experience managing technology, digital transformation, or AI-related projects. Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred. Exposure to AI/ML projects is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities: Agile Project Management Manage Agile projects using Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery performance using Agile metrics. Support release planning and roadmap execution. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement practices. AI / Technology Project Delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, AI engineers, and stakeholders. Support the delivery of AI and technology initiatives aligned with business objectives. Assist in defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project schedules, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans. Ensure quality deliverables through effective tracking and governance. Project Control and Governance Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation. Track project milestones, budget utilization, and resource allocations. Prepare project dashboards and management reports. Support change management and issue resolution processes. Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with project sponsors, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. Provide timely communication regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and escalations. Facilitate project reviews, governance calls, and stakeholder discussions. Ensure alignment between business expectations and project outcomes. Team Collaboration Guide and support Agile team members in adopting Agile best practices. Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. Encourage innovation and continuous learning within the team.•
