Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet established standards, while also focusing on scalability and performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves steering teams toward successful project outcomes and maintaining a high level of technical excellence throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistent quality and maintainability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Integration Snr Dev - HR Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center , Lifecycle Events, HRIS/HCM Integrations like Workday, SAP

- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and guiding teams through complex software projects with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bangalore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
