Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire design and delivery process, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software solutions with business goals by emphasizing scalability, performance, and code quality. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable data models and optimizing data flows within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex data warehousing solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data extraction methods from various SAP and non-SAP sources.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
