Real Estate Transaction Manager - German-speaking Switzerland
Our client is a growing real estate investment platform seeking to strengthen its presence in German-speaking Switzerland. To support its expansion strategy, the company is looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Manager who combines strong market expertise, an established industry network, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Based in the Zurich region, this individual will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities while contributing to the long-term growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Source, analyze, and secure real estate investment opportunities, with a focus on residential and income-generating assets in German-speaking Switzerland.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, investors, and other key market participants.
- Structure and negotiate acquisition opportunities, including alternative transaction formats such as asset exchanges and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full transaction lifecycle, including financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Support capital raising initiatives and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of transactions and investment strategies.
- Contribute to the growth of the platform in Switzerland and, over time, potentially take on broader asset management and leadership responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Swiss real estate transactions, acquisitions, investments, or a related field.
- Strong and well-established professional network within the Swiss real estate market.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate landscape and investment environment in German-speaking Switzerland.
- Fluency in German, with Swiss German considered a strong advantage, and professional proficiency in English and/or French.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, develop business opportunities, and build long-term professional relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience within a real estate investment, asset management, institutional investment, or fund environment is considered an asset.
