We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Commercial Marketing Manager to join our J&J Vision team.  This position is based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. 

Purpose:

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and growing team representing innovative products in the vision care industry?  This Associate Commercial Marketing Manager role will be responsible for partnering with our Commercial Marketing Manager and the Key Account team to assist in growing the contact lens category and the ACUVUE® brand in the Canadian market. 

You will be responsible for:

• Support the Key Account team in the development & execution of channel and customer specific shopper and professional marketing strategies and business plans, designed to grow contact lens penetration and drive ACUVUE® sales

• Assist in the customization, development and distribution of physical & digital marketing assets to support the execution of customer marketing plans

• Support the Key Account Team in developing and executing customers specific joint business plans

• Work in partnership with internal and external partners to support the creation & customization of field sales programs

• Support communication with the Field Sales team that builds alignment with account objectives and focus on key priorities.

• Work in partnership with the Commercial Marketing Manager to support the preparation of compelling, fact-based and customer-focused presentations that clearly highlight opportunities and action plans for customers’ business.

• Work in partnership with the Commercial Marketing Manager and the Key Account team to introduce new product innovation and subsequent training to customers.

• Lead copy clearance of shopper marketing assets for customer activation

• Attend customer events, ECP dinners, industry conventions, training events, etc.

• Support Commercial Marketing Manager in development and execution of tools to enable 4P management.

• Work in partnership with Health Care Compliance & Legal to ensure compliance for all customer programs.

• Contract lead for key account team including end to end contract management & leading quarterly and annual compliance reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/University degree required, preferably in Marketing, Commerce, or Health Care.

• Minimum 4-6 years of progressive business experience is required.

• Minimum 2-4 years in direct sales environment with Marketing and/or Shopper Marketing experience National/Key Account is required.

• Marketing & Shopper Marketing experience: building strong customer partnerships, activating company strategies, and building value driven collaborations.

• Eye care knowledge is an asset.

• Bilingualism is an asset (French and English).

• Position is office based and able to participate in J&J’s hybrid program (3 days in office, 2 days remote per week).

• Up to 20% business travel may be required.

 

The expected base pay range for this position is $74,000 to $119,025 CAD.
