Growth Marketing Senior Associate (AI & Commercial GTM)
The Growth Marketing Senior Associate will support the execution of ZS’s AI and Commercial go-to-market (GTM) strategy by coordinating marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline across priority solutions. This role supports growth marketing, campaign execution and sales enablement—helping ensure priority AI and commercial offerings are activated on time, on message, and across the right channels.
This individual will partner closely with growth marketing leadership, solution SMEs, content, digital and field teams to keep GTM execution running smoothly and measurably.
ZS supports companies in optimizing commercial performance by applying data, analytics and AI to improve visibility, efficiency and decision-making across operations.
What You’ll Do:
GTM Planning & Execution
- Support execution of GTM plans for priority AI and commercial solutions (e.g., agentic AI, decision systems, commercial analytics)
- Help build out campaign plans, activation calendars and deliverables based on marketing strategy
- Help maintain alignment across awareness, demand generation and sales enablement efforts
- Maintain visibility into marketing priorities, messaging updates and timelines
- Develop a working understanding of ZS’s AI and commercial portfolio, key differentiators, and competitive landscape
- Maintain growth marketing operating cadence, including trackers, status updates, and milestone follow-ups
Campaign & Content Activation
- Coordinate execution of integrated campaigns (email, digital, social, events, web)
- Partner with content and digital teams to support development and deployment key assets (thought leadership, case studies, landing pages)
- Route editorial drafts and manage review/proofing workflows
- Help ensure campaigns are aligned to business priorities and portfolio growth goals
- Support campaign optimization through performance tracking and insights
- Deliver high-quality campaign and asset execution with strong attention to detail
- Manage multiple workstreams with clear timelines and accountability
- Support development of and maintain core enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, talking points)
- Maintain a single soure of truth for approved messaging, priority assets, and active campaign materials
- Support activation of campaigns through sales channels and account-based motions
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track campaign and marketing performance against defined KPIs (engagement, pipeline contribution)
- Compile, surface, help synthesize insights across campaigns to support optimization and future planning
- Support reporting for portfolio and marketing leadership
- Maintain structured documentation of campaigns, assets and outcomes
- Manage MyCRM data entry, lead tracking, and attribution reporting to ensure visibility into marketing-driven and influenced impact
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, consulting, or related field
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and GTM execution
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of workstreams and follow through with minimal oversight
- Strong attention to detail and quality control across deliverables, timelines, and reporting
- Interest or experience in AI, analytics or commercial strategy preferred
- Strong storytelling and content skills; able to support development of executive-ready narratives and collateral.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority.
- Ability to travel 10-15% to support external industry and client events.
