• Lead & develop customer engagement strategy & roadmap
• Lead customer engagement solution design & iteration
• Lead global customer experience projects roll out in China, incl. TODAI and CXF, manage operation process and track performance
• Lead organization’s field force change management for transformation adoption and sales team effectiveness improvement
• Collaborate with cross functions to ensure the transformational initiatives and relevant innovation in new product launch excellence and mature product LCM
• Integrate digital partner capabilities to maximize HCP facing services and internal user experiences
• Track field team & customer engagement effectiveness, ensure that aligned with company digital strategy, digital governance, legal and compliance guidelines
Qulifications
1. Digital or Marketing background preferred
2. Bachelor Degree is a must, MBA preferred
3. 10+ years relavant working experiences, with at least 5 years omni-channel / digital transformation related experiences, pharmaceutical industry & team leader experiences is a must
