The Role:
The Client Operations Analyst supports the Disability Services Processing team by transforming operational data into actionable insights that improve authorization, billing, and processing performance. This role partners with leadership to develop reporting, analyze trends, support strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision making.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators for Authorization, Billing, and Processing teams while providing actionable insights into operational performance.
- Analyze operational data using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to identify trends, forecast workload, and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with department leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating workflows, measuring outcomes, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support cross-functional projects by providing reporting, scenario modeling, operational readiness analysis, and performance tracking for enterprise initiatives.
- Maintain reporting documentation, fulfill ad hoc data requests, and provide guidance to stakeholders on interpreting dashboards, reports, and key business metrics.
This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 3x per week.
Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.
What You Bring to the Table:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, reporting, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce reporting, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
