Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Contact Center QM.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance contact center solutions.
- Experience in integrating Genesys platforms with various communication channels and backend systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models and infrastructure considerations for contact center technologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing contact center operations to enhance customer experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center QM.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
