As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with strategic objectives, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into the architecture framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Banking.
- Strong understanding of banking domain architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance banking solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with system interoperability and data flow within banking environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Core Banking.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
