This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to integrating various technological components, collaborating with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals, and continuously refining designs to meet evolving needs. The Technology Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation that supports long-term success and innovation within the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology solutions with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and integration of MES systems within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures for manufacturing platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with system integration, data flow, and interoperability between MES and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to improve manufacturing operations.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
