Are you a highly analytical and detail oriented supply chain professional looking to make a real impact?
As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring product availability across the region, balancing customer needs with operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with cross functional teams, influence business outcomes, and contribute to delivering life changing products to patients.
What will you be doing?
Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability.
Translate demand requirements into actionable supply and purchasing plans across assigned countries.
Monitor inventory performance, identifying shortages, excess stock, obsolete items, and risks to availability.
Manage trade offs between service level, inventory, and operational constraints to support business performance.
Ensure timely replenishment execution and continuity of supply across the region.
Support product lifecycle activities including phase in, phase out, launches, sets, and CAPEX readiness.
Leverage ERP and planning systems to analyze supply performance and drive improvements.
Conduct detailed analysis, including supply calculations and homologous evaluations, to support decision making.
Manage safety stock levels and develop contingency plans for supply disruptions.
Monitor backorders, track service performance, and ensure closure of gaps and missing items.
Identify risks and opportunities and propose solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Prepare and present accurate, timely information for stakeholders and leadership discussions.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide escalations when required.
Take end to end ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure alignment across planning and execution teams.
What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
+2 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, or inventory management.
Experience working across LATAM markets (Preferred)
English intermediate.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or similar, and planning tools such as Rapid Response or equivalent.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong business acumen with a results driven mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a customer focused approach.
