About the Position: The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) is a fast-paced, acute crisis care facility located in OKC. It provides 24/7 psychiatric and substance abuse care for individuals in crisis. The treatment philosophy is trauma sensitive, co-occurring, person-centered and recovery-oriented in nature. We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager to join our team to provide leadership, supervision, and flexibility in floor coverages (including shift and weekend hours) to our facility staff.
Job Type/Salary:
- Full-time position
- Annual Salary: $78,500 – $85,000 based on qualifications
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- FLSA Status – Exempt
- Open Until Filled
- Evenings – extra $3.00 hr.
- Nights – extra $5.00 hr.
- Weekends – extra $3.00 hr.
- Holidays – extra $3.00 hr.
Level I
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, or Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) and three years of professional nursing experience, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity;
- Or a bachelor’s degree in nursing and two years of professional nursing experience, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity;
- Or a master’s degree and one year of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and four years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity;
- Or a bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years of professional nursing experience, two year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity;
- Or a master’s degree and two years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, or Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) and four years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity PLUS one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program;
- Or a bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity PLUS one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program;
- Or a master’s degree and two years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity PLUS one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program.
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, or Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) and four years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity and one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program plus two additional years of professional nursing experience in an administrative capacity;
- Or a bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity and one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program plus two additional years of professional nursing experience in an administrative capacity;
- Or a master’s degree and two years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity and one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program plus two additional years of professional nursing experience in an administrative capacity.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
