The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People, Culture & Inclusion team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.
Partnering closely with leaders and employees across the Agency, you will provide trusted advice and practical people solutions that enable strong business outcomes and a positive employee experience. This is a broad generalist role with exposure across workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations, performance and talent processes.
Working within a high performing People, Culture & Inclusion team, you will build strong stakeholder relationships and help leaders navigate people matters with confidence, sound judgement and a customer-focused approach.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational people outcomes.
Provide advice on employee relations, performance, conduct and workforce matters.
Support organisational change initiatives and team effectiveness.
Contribute to workforce planning, talent and succession discussions.
Coach and support leaders to build capability and confidence in managing their people.
Analyse people data and insights to inform decision-making.
Work collaboratively across the broader People, Culture & Inclusion team to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement of people practices, policies and processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has significant experience in a contemporary HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
Brings strong employee relations and stakeholder management capability.
Demonstrates sound judgement, discretion and a solutions-focused mindset.
Can influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
Is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Thrives in a collaborative, high-performing and values-driven environment.
Has excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex people matters.
Experience in financial services, professional services, government or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded.
