About the Role
As Brand Manager - Tampons, you will be responsible for driving the performance, growth, and development of the category in the Mexican market.
You will leverage business analytics, consumer insights, commercial understanding, and project management capabilities to identify opportunities, execute strategic initiatives, and improve business performance.
Given that tampons are regulated as Class II medical devices, this role requires a strong understanding of regulated environments, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with Regulatory Affairs and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance while delivering business results.
What You Will Do
Own and drive the tampon business, including P&L management, brand development, and profitable market share growth.
Monitor business performance through sell-in, sell-out, market share trends, consumer insights, and key performance indicators.
Translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and business plans.
Identify growth opportunities and proactively address potential risks.
Lead projects from planning through execution, including innovation pipeline initiatives.
Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs to understand and incorporate regulatory requirements into brand and business initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other commercial teams to drive business performance.
Work effectively with external suppliers and international stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong execution.
Develop presentations and business updates that clearly communicate results, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, or similar environments is highly preferred.
Strong business and analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
High attention to detail and strong awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.
Comfortable working with international teams and external partners.
Advanced English proficiency.
