Total Comfort Heating and Air, part of American Residential Services (ARS), is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the continued growth and performance of our Retail Alliance and In-Home Sales programs.
Working closely with both the Branch Sales Manager and Retail Program Manager, the Assistant Sales Manager will provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational support across both teams. This position will help maintain consistent leadership coverage seven days per week, including overseeing each program during the Sales Manager’s and Retail Program Manager’s regularly scheduled days off.
This is not simply a fill-in role. The Assistant Sales Manager will be an active member of the branch leadership team, helping develop employees, monitor performance, resolve day-to-day challenges, and ensure both programs continue operating effectively. The ideal candidate is a versatile sales leader who can move comfortably between retail lead generation and in-home sales while maintaining accountability, communication, and results.
