Hybrid model: Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old
About the team: We are experiencing growth in the Alternative Investments business as the industry is also seeing growth in this segment. The Alternatives Custody Team is responsible for responding to clients’ inquiries related to cash activity as well as account maintenance. As the team is in direct contact with the clients daily, great focus on client experience is a must. We are looking for someone who is driven to get things done and views obstacles as an exciting challenge that demands an innovative solution. Above all, we seek someone who takes great pride in their work and is inspired and motivated by their role in providing trusted value.
In our team, you will be responsible for:
- Independently resolve and oversee the Clients’ inquiries related to account management;
- Day to day management of operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client related tasks;
- Act as the primary point of escalation for Clients, Account Managers, Client Service Group, for any issues and proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures;
- Review and discuss issues requiring escalation to Team Leader/Manager;
- Prepare clients’ and internal KPIs;
- Proper identification of potential problems with account management and payment settlements
- Carrying out any updates on the account set up
- Dealing with account life cycle inquiries
- Ensure clear communication among team with respect to all timetables and workflow;
- Assist in special projects to improve the efficiency, quality and accuracy of work performed by the team.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience;
- At least 4 years of professional experience in finance, custody or similar fields,
- English language proficiency B2+/ C1
- Prior experience in coordinating work, writing procedures, training others;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong client focus;
- Self-motivated, capable of monitoring and completing a variety of projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and with strict deadlines;
- Risk awareness, including data protection.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Excel
