Pacific Medical Group – Tigard, part of the family-owned Praxis Health network, is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and well-established team. Located in one of the most diverse and growing suburbs of Portland, our outpatient clinic is known for delivering exceptional care to individuals and families across generations, all in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Required: Passion for Primary Care
- Required: Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive women's health care
- Required: 1 year of Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
- Preferred: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
