Prairie Family Medicine, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our community-rooted, outpatient primary care practice in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
For nearly two decades, Prairie Family Medicine has been part of the Coeur d’Alene community, growing from an independent, physician-owned family practice into a trusted home for generations of local patients. - Base salary guarantee: $130,000 - $140,000, plus productivity bonus

Minimum Qualifications
- Required: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
- Required: Passion for Primary Care
- Required: Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care
- BE/BC
- Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan

- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
