Are you ready to take the next big step in your career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Contract Full-Time Quality Assurance Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!
This is a 3-month contract position, scheduled to begin in September 2026 and based on-site at 60 Yorkville Avenue, Toronto.
About the role:
Supports the consistent delivery of luxury service standards, brand expectations, and operational excellence. Partners with department leaders to monitor compliance with brand standards, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports the implementation of corrective actions. Through ongoing evaluation, reporting, and standards reinforcement, contributes to service excellence.
This position reports to the Regional Learning & Development Manager.
What you will do:
- Coordinate the implementation and ongoing monitoring of luxury service standards and brand requirements across all operational departments.
- Conduct internal standards testing, audits, and service evaluations to measure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct property inspections to assess cleanliness, facility condition, maintenance standards, and overall presentation; communicate findings and support operational leaders in addressing opportunities for improvement.
- Compile and communicate quality-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), guest satisfaction metrics, and audit results to support operational leaders in evaluating performance and identifying operational trends.
- Support the execution of service excellence programs and initiatives that enhance the guest experience and reinforce luxury standards.
- Track departmental progress against quality objectives and ensure timely completion of improvement actions.
- Identify best practices and opportunities to improve processes, service consistency, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the property.
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a coordinator, administrative, operations, quality assurance, guest experience, or similar role.
- Experience working in hotel operations, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards, quality assurance processes, guest satisfaction metrics, service quality indicators, and operational KPIs preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate quality assurance tasks, and meet established deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across departments.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to analyze information, track KPIs, prepare reports, and communicate findings effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience conducting audits, inspections, assessments, or quality reviews preferred.
