About the Role
As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the strategic development, growth, quality, and sustainability of the event portfolio. Working closely with the Portfolio Director and cross-functional teams, you will lead integrated marketing, creative, sponsorship, and trade marketing initiatives that enhance audience engagement, improve event performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive the portfolio’s strategic development, quality, revenue, and sustainability by achieving targeted results within budget and delivering growth.
- Partner with the Portfolio Director and team to manage show delivery and ensure optimum portfolio contribution.
- Monitor and improve NPS performance, ensuring scores align with global strategy and exceed target levels.
- Provide oversight of the creative direction for the portfolio across collateral, digital design, websites, social media, feature areas, and event look and feel.
- Lead and guide design resources to execute the creative vision and strategy.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables within sponsorship agreements are measurable, achievable, approved, and successfully delivered.
- Build, manage, and grow media partnership relationships while supporting sponsor acquisition opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing and PR strategies, leveraging new platforms, channels, and communication opportunities to reach target audiences.
Requirements
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing and PR strategies.
- Strong understanding of event marketing, audience development, and brand positioning.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign performance.
- Experience overseeing creative direction across digital and physical marketing channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, operations, sponsorship, and leadership teams.
- Ability to evaluate marketing effectiveness through measurable outcomes and performance indicators.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving capabilities.
