We provide advisory and Business Process Management (BPM) services in Core & Strategic Finance to Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from 50+ Global Delivery centers. • We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned F&A Sales Practitioner for Insurance to join our sales and solutioning team. This role is ideal for a domain expert • F&A Sales Practitioner for Insurance is responsible for driving growth of Finance & Accounting services within the Insurance industry by supporting sales pursuits, solutioning, client engagements, deal shaping, and finance transformation opportunities. • • Insurance Finance & Accounting • Solution Design & Deal Shaping • Finance Transformation • FP&A, RTR, Controllership • Commercial & Pricing Acumen • Executive Communication • Process Improvement • Automation, Analytics & AI • Business Case Development
What are we looking for? • F&A Sales practitioner for insurance CL6 role combines selling skills with deep domain and commercial acumen. • Experience in Finance & Accounting, Finance Transformation, Consulting, or Shared Services. • Strong understanding of Insurance finance processes and operating models. • Experience supporting sales pursuits, solutioning, or large transformation programs. • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with insurance platforms and finance technologies such as SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, Vitech, FINEOS, and related digital ecosystem • •
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility. • The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility. • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters. • Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments. • Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility. • Individual manages large teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Identify and develop Finance & Accounting transformation opportunities within Insurance clients. • Support account mining, pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, and pursuit strategy.
