Description
As an AI Decision Science Analyst within Industry & Enterprise, you will help organizations make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions by combining business insight, analytics, artificial intelligence, and decision science methodologies.
You will work with industry leaders, functional experts, data scientists, and transformation teams to solve complex business challenges. Your role will involve translating business problems into data-driven insights, developing analytical models, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and supporting strategic decision-making across enterprise functions.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about combining technology, data, business strategy, and human-centered problem solving to create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Decision Intelligence & Analytics
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business insights.
- Develop analytical models and dashboards that support enterprise decision-making.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to solve client business problems.
- Support scenario planning, forecasting, and decision modeling initiatives.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
AI & Data-Driven Business Solutions
- Support the development and deployment of AI-enabled business solutions.
- Utilize generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics tools to improve decision-making.
- Identify opportunities where AI can drive productivity, growth, customer value, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in evaluating AI use cases and business value realization.
- Contribute to responsible AI practices, governance, and ethical AI adoption.
Industry & Functional Transformation
- Support transformation initiatives across functions such as Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales, and Customer Experience.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support client engagements.
- Develop data-driven business cases and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with client teams to understand business objectives and decision-making challenges.
- Support workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and analytical deliverables.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on emerging AI, analytics, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of decision science assets, methodologies, and best practices.
- Participate in innovation initiatives and proof-of-concept projects.
- Support thought leadership and knowledge-sharing activities across the practice.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in:

Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in Analytics, AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or Strategy.
- Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud Platforms, or Visualization Tools are advantageous.
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in analytics, consulting, data science, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced analytics is advantageous.
- Consulting, strategy, or business problem-solving experience is beneficial.
