The Senior UX Designer will lead the development and enhancement of user experience strategies by conducting comprehensive research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights to inform design decisions. This role requires effective collaboration with stakeholders to align business objectives with user needs, driving innovative interaction and visual design solutions. The position demands expertise in prototyping, usability testing, and user-centered design principles to deliver scalable, consistent, and impactful digital experiences. The Senior UX Designer will also influence cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and business value.About the team:

From delivery and pickup to accurate order tracking, the team simplifies the fulfillment journey with clarity and dependability. Collaborating across the entire shopping process, they enhance customer confidence, convenience, and flexibility. The team applies user-centered design principles, stakeholder engagement, and research-driven insights to continuously improve interaction and prototyping solutions, ensuring a consistent and effective experience aligned with business goals.
What you'll do:
- Develop and refine customer facing interaction designs and user journeys based on data analysis and emerging user consumption trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align UX solutions with business goals and communicate design rationale effectively.
- Create prototypes and detailed design specifications adhering to user-centered principles and native platform guidelines.
- Partner with Research for usability testing efforts, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to enhance product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Manage partnerships to integrate UX insights into product development and optimize customer journey touchpoints.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in user experience design, including user journeys, interaction design, and creating intuitive end-to-end experiences.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping and applying user-centered design principles to develop thoughtful, scalable solutions.
- Experience building strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and consensus-building.
- Ability to use customer insights and qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and strategies.
- Skilled in usability testing, rapid iteration, and translating insights and feedback into actionable design solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex design challenges, identify opportunities, and navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate design rationale across cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
