Senior Staff Engineer Product Application Your role The Sr. Staff Engineer is responsible for product support of intermediate DC/DC bus converters for AI computing, data  center, server  and telecom applications, including intermediate bus converter (IBC),high-voltage (800V or +/-400V) IBC, digital DC/DC converter, digital  AC/DC PSU.  Key responsibilities in your new role Collect inputs from the market and customer feedbacks, use your system understanding to design the system board for product validation, write system verification plan, and generate test report.  Creation and maintenance of customer product collateral (applicationnotes, customer presentations, evaluation boards, user guide, simulation model, training materials, white papers)  Customer interaction to support design-ins and ensure design-wins.  Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs for team members and customers. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  MSEE preferred with hands-on experience in high-frequency, high-current, high-density DC/DC switch mode power supplies 8+ years in digital DC/DC converter design Extensive knowledge of high power density DCDC magnetics design, simulation, power loss estimation, and hands-on debugging Experience with safety and EMI compliance Experience with PCB design tools, Altium or Allegro  Good communication skills in both verbal and written English Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
