Overview

We are looking for our veteran associates who have a history of peer mentoring or participation in our Certified Trainer program and have had a STAR rating during previous reviews.  You will play a vital role in opening Brightview Joy’s Farm by modeling the Brightview way for new associates and grounding the community in Brightview’s culture.   

 

 

Responsibilities

 

• Provide Housekeeping services to our residents by completing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. in their apartment home.
• When in a resident apartment home, engage with the resident to make their day a bit brighter!  
• Keep shared community spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfeting, etc.
• Inform Maintenance of any repairs that need to be made.
• Assist your supervisor in the recruitment process and participate in training housekeepers.
• Use the teamwork approach, ensuring that tasks are delegated appropriately. 

 

 

Salary Range

$20.75 - $23.75 / hour

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications

  

• You have prior Housekeeping and/or Janitorial experience.
• You have a positive attitude and love working with people! 
• You like to be busy with a variety of tasks.  
• Being a leader for your team members is exciting for you.
