THE JOB:

As the Senior Manager Executive Housekeeper, you'll lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering the impeccable standards of luxury and service that define our resort. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Manage the department's guest service standards, guest service initiatives, and productivity standards
Coach the leadership team to optimize performance and develop department-wide solutions to improve the guest experience
Lead significant improvement initiatives and processes to enhance performance for employees and leaders
Provide input on the research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, standards, technology, and processes to maintain a competitive position and anticipate changing customer needs in a complex hospitality and gaming environment
Lead experienced leaders in implementing and sustaining policies, operating procedures, directives, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment
Experience leading union team members and working within a collective bargaining environment preferred
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, bilingual highly preferred
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
