Growth & Funnel Marketing Manager · $100K–$150K
About the Role
You'll own the engine that turns paid-ad leads into closed deals. The ad spend is bringing people in — what's missing is the system that works them: the CRM, the tracking, and the retargeting and nurture flows that chase every lead who didn't convert the first time until they come back and close. This is a build-from-the-ground-up role for someone who sees a messy pipeline and gets excited to architect the fix. You won't be inheriting a playbook — you'll be writing it.
Key Responsibilities
System & CRM Build
- Design and build the CRM and lead-management system from the ground up
- Set up tracking so every lead source, cost, and conversion is measurable
- Own the tech stack and automation that keeps the funnel running
Retargeting & Nurture
- Build retargeting campaigns that win back leads who didn't convert the first time
- Set up nurture sequences (email, SMS, retargeting ads) that keep leads warm until they close
- Cut drop-off at every stage and pull cold leads back into the pipeline
Growth & Innovation
- Test, measure, and improve conversion continuously
- Bring new ideas to how leads are captured, worked, and won back
- Improve cost-per-acquisition and lead-to-deal rates over time
Qualifications
- Proven experience building marketing/sales funnels and CRM systems
- Strong grasp of retargeting, paid-lead conversion, and marketing automation
- A builder's mindset — comfortable creating systems from scratch, not just running existing ones
