This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact opportunity to scale Walmart's Trend Hub, leveraging social data pipelines to influence the end-to-end customer journey on Walmart.com.

Alongside our Item Experience and Content Strategy teammates, we aim to make Walmart the most insightful, engaging, and effortless place to shop.
What you'll do:
- Define Walmart’s trend-understanding, owning the data pipeline from social signals to centralized insight.
- Manage relationships with data providers, evaluate emerging sources, lead partner negotiations, and drive integration prioritization for Trend Hub.

- Collaborate across Walmart to integrate trends into various org/team workflows, helping stakeholders build trend-informed features that elevate customer experiences.
- Leverage data analysis/modeling to handle large datasets, validate logic, and turn raw data into recommendations.
- Develop business cases and roadmaps to pitch ideas, influence priority, and secure buy-in from leadership.
- Turn ambiguous challenges into actionable playbooks, long-term strategy, and automation.
What you'll bring:
- Action-Oriented Leadership: Ability to thrive in ambiguity, applying structure and robust frameworks to accelerate end-to-end results.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset to develop long-term, sustainable solutions to complex operations issues in real-time.
- Data-centricity: Proven ability to leverage data insights to inform strategic decisions, identify business opportunities, and validate processes.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the social platform landscape, trend-detection tools, and modern social commerce innovations.
- Executive Storytelling: Exceptional storytelling capabilities, with the ability to construct and deliver audience-specific, enterprise-level narratives.
- Collaborative Ownership: Proactive leadership style, demonstrating the ability to manage complex initiatives independently while unifying cross-functional teams.
