Description
- Job Title: SAP Order to Cash — Sales & Customer Fulfillment F-SME
- End Client: Hitachi
- Duration: Contract, Inabia W2
- Location: Dublin / Columbus, OH — local candidates strongly preferred
- Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first 2–3 months, then reduced to monthly or bi-weekly onsite visits
- Travel: Non-local (traveler) candidates are responsible for their own travel costs
- NO C2C
Lead & design integrated sales & customer processes as the functional SME. Serves as the business process expert for Order-to-Cash functions and supports the broader O2C transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the business process expert for Order-to-Cash functions (customer management, order processing, fulfillment, billing, returns, credit management, customer service)
• Provide detailed knowledge of current sales, distribution, and customer service processes
• Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and evaluate SAP S/4HANA capabilities
• Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration validation, and cutover preparation
• Support change management, user training, and adoption activities
REQUIRED SKILLS
• S/4 Finance certification preferred
• 5+ years of expertise in SD, MM, EWM, Logistics, Sales Planning, Inventory Management
• Expert in Sales & Sales operations industry experience; end-to-end process knowledge
• Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required
