Our Fleet Analyst is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing a company’s vehicle and equipment operations through data-driven insights. They analyze key performance metrics—such as fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, lifecycle costs, and asset utilization—to reduce corporate expenses, improve logistical productivity, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Opportunity
We are looking for a hungry, high-capacity student who wants real exposure to finance, operations, and growth.
You will work on:
• Fleet analytics reporting
• Utilizing Fleet Software
• Data Analysis: Collect and evaluate operational fleet data including fuel usage, driver behaviors, and idling times.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Current student or recent graduate at (Finance, Accounting)
• Strong in Excel (you know your way around formulas and pivots)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• High ownership / low ego
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Willing to be in-office and engaged with the team
• Proficient with fleet tracking platforms (e.g., Geotab, Samsara, Fleetio), advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and data visualization software (Tableau or Power BI).
