Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Intake Specialist to join Job Duck and serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will create a positive experience by responding to inquiries, gathering essential information, coordinating follow ups, and ensuring every client feels supported throughout the intake process. You will play a key role in maintaining organized records, managing communications, and helping the team deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Compensation range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD Monthly
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and live chat
• Respond promptly to referral emails and client inquiries
• Assist attorneys and team members with intake related administrative tasks
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow up calls to prospective clients
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the intake process to ensure an outstanding client experience
• Gather and document all required information needed to open new client files
• Maintain organized records within the case management system
• Ensure all necessary information and requests are accounted for when opening new files
