Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, Generative AI

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating generative AI models into scalable solutions, ensuring that these applications are production-ready and meet quality standards. Daily activities may include working on deep learning architectures, developing neural network models, creating intelligent chatbots, and implementing image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs and maintaining robust application pipelines, whether on cloud platforms or on-premises, are also key aspects of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying deep learning models using neural networks.
- Expertise in building scalable AI applications with cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Ability to integrate generative AI models into production pipelines effectively.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and image processing techniques.
- Skilled in optimizing machine learning workflows for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
