Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Splunk, AWS CloudTrail, SIEM Rule Creation

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The role requires integrating various AI models, including generative AI, into scalable solutions that can operate efficiently in both cloud and on-premises environments. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the deployment of production-quality pipelines, exploring innovative AI techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, and image processing, and continuously enhancing system capabilities to meet evolving project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize performance and delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk, SIEM Rule Creation, AWS CloudTrail.
- Strong experience in designing and managing data ingestion pipelines within cloud environments.
- Ability to develop and deploy machine learning models, including generative AI, in production settings.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools for deep learning, neural networks, and image processing.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing AI applications to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and security monitoring tools to maintain system integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Splunk.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
